Description
The Problem:
Municipal sewage Contaminated industrial and mining water. Waste water from expanding tourism. Contaminated water after flooding Sewage and harbour sludge Agricultural liquid manure and manure
The Solution:
reasonably priced waste water treatment to EU standards (qualifies for funding) universally deployable mobile system modular, adaptable system technology – sensible and inexpensive alternative to stationary configurations.
Innovation:
- innovative electrolytic waste water purification process immediate initiation without planning or construction periods extremly short retention time of the waste water in the reactors
- minimal space requirement without encroachment upon nature or landscape Stop and Go operation with no rising costs
- modular and mobile container configuration with no planning permission prerequisites module quantity ist determined by the volume of waste water
- stable operation possible regardless of climatic conditions results with permanently consistent quality parameters
12,19m x 2,43m x 2,59m ( 40ft. Maritime Container ), mountable on a truck, Submission reservoir, flow rate pump, holding tank, reactors, computer assisted system control, filter system, air conditioning and generator in the container, fully autarc system. Operational requirements: 64 ampere CEE, water connection, discharge possibilities, Fully automatic system for 9 – 30 m³ / h waste water
Investment/ Costs:
Cheaper than any available plant of close abilities, less maintenance, low staffcosts, cost reduction of ca. 50% of the capital expenditure on a comparable newly built stationary system in Germany and a reduction of up to 70% of operating costs compared to a comparable stationary system in Germany
